1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Member") and 998jl Casino (hereinafter "998jl", "we", "us", or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 998jl.org and all associated sub-domains and mobile-optimized interfaces.

2. Eligibility

To register an account and use the 998jl platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 998jl reserves the right to request and verify eligibility documentation at any point during the account lifecycle. Accounts that fail to meet eligibility requirements will be suspended and any funds in the account will be subject to review before release.

3. Account Registration and KYC

To access real-money gaming services on 998jl, you are required to create a single, verified account. The following rules govern account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) active 998jl account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same name, mobile number, device, or household IP address, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information at registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Any material misrepresentation renders your account subject to termination.

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 998jl will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Account Sharing: Your 998jl account is personal and non-transferable. Allowing any other person to access or use your account is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 998jl platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100. Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Deposit processing is instantaneous for all supported digital wallet methods.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever possible (source-of-funds matching). GCash withdrawals are typically completed within 5 minutes of approval.
• Verification Prior to Withdrawal: First-time withdrawals require successful KYC verification. 998jl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or anti-money-laundering (AML) review.
• Third-Party Payments: Deposits made using payment accounts not registered in your own name will be rejected and refunded. 998jl does not accept third-party payments under any circumstances.
• Transaction Fees: 998jl does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

998jl offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by any specific conditions stated in the applicable promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to registered, verified players aged 21 and above. 998jl reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (wagering requirement) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• Players may only claim each new-player bonus offer once. Attempting to claim the same offer through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse.
• 998jl reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus interpretation, the decision of 998jl's management team is final and binding.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 998jl platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. The following general gameplay rules apply across the platform:

• All game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. 998jl does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or communication failure during gameplay, any bets placed during the affected period are void. 998jl will not be liable for any loss arising from a technical malfunction beyond its reasonable control.
• Players are responsible for verifying that the applicable game and bet type are permitted under local laws before participation.
• Sports betting odds and results are governed by the official results published by the relevant sports governing bodies. 998jl's acceptance of any bet does not constitute a guarantee of payout in cases where bets are subsequently deemed void or where official results are reversed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 998jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or mechanical device to interact with the platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or any form of coordinated cheating in multi-player games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform's software, infrastructure, or security measures.
• Money laundering or using the 998jl platform to conceal, transfer, or convert funds of illicit origin, in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).
• Registering under a false identity or using stolen payment credentials.
• Exploiting any software bug or vulnerability for financial gain. Any player who discovers a bug must report it to 998jl support immediately rather than exploiting it.

8. Responsible Gaming

998jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limits.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of 998jl platform content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, 998jl Casino, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.

998jl's total aggregate liability to any single player in connection with these Terms, in any twelve-month period, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during the same period.

Nothing in these Terms limits 998jl's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.

11. Privacy

998jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. By using the 998jl platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

998jl complies with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. All personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

12. Amendments to These Terms

998jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or via a prominent notice on the 998jl platform homepage. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory body or competent court having jurisdiction.

For disputes relating to the outcome of PAGCOR-regulated gaming transactions, players may also escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the channels provided on the PAGCOR official website.
